Calendar

The Calendar shows every event, color-coded by status, in four views:

• Month / Week / Day — classic calendar layouts. Event names wrap onto multiple lines in month view so titles stay readable.
• Rooms — a resource timeline with one row per room, ideal for spotting double-bookings and open space on busy days.

Live updates

The calendar updates in real time — when a teammate books or moves an event, you see it without refreshing.

Filters

Filter by venue and status. Clicking any event opens its event page; use the New Event button (or click an empty slot) to create one.

Setup & teardown

Events can carry setup-start and teardown-end times beyond the guest-facing window, so the room shows as occupied for the full operational block.
