Manage the team under Settings → Users.

Inviting

Invite by email; teammates sign in with Google or a magic link. An invitation can scope which VenueDrive apps the person can use.

Roles & permissions

Roles bundle permissions by area (leads, bookings, events, calendar, campaigns, reports, settings, and so on) with levels from read to admin. The sidebar and every page respect these — someone without campaign access simply doesn't see Campaigns.

Multiple organizations

One login can belong to several organizations; the sidebar switcher moves between them. Venue-level visibility can further scope what a user sees inside an org.
