Email templates

Settings → Email Templates holds reusable messages your team can drop into discussions — inquiry responses, proposal follow-ups, payment reminders.

Merge fields

Templates support merge fields like the contact's first name, event name, event date, and portal/document links. Fields fill automatically from the record the message is sent from.

Design

Templates can be plain or designed in the visual email builder (the same designer used by Campaigns) for branded layouts.
