Lead forms

Lead forms are public web forms that feed inquiries straight into your Leads pipeline. Create them under Settings → Lead Forms.

Creating a form

Give the form a name, optionally tie it to a venue, and choose a source label (for example "Web Lead") so you can report on where leads come from. Each form gets a unique public URL you can link to or embed on your website.

Designing the page

Click Design this page (Advanced) to open the visual page designer, where you can customize the layout, imagery, and branding of the public form page — no code needed.

Spam protection

Public forms include invisible bot protection and rate limiting out of the box.
