Payment accounts

Under Settings → Payment Accounts, connect one or more Stripe accounts and assign them to venues. Each venue's charges, payouts, and refunds run through its assigned account — so multi-entity groups keep clean books. Until an account is activated for charges, payments fall back to the organization's primary account.

Payment rules

Settings → Payment Rules automates schedules — for example, 25% deposit on signing, balance due 14 days before the event. Rules generate the scheduled payments on each new event so your team doesn't build schedules by hand.

Methods

Choose which online methods each venue accepts (card, bank debit) and whether online payment is offered at all.
