Events

An event is a single function: a date, time window, venue and room(s), guest counts, and all the details that make the day run.

The event page

The header shows name, status, date/time, venue, and room. Tabs cover the rest:

• Details — contacts, guest counts, setup/teardown times, market segment, custom fields.
• Menu Selections — the food & beverage order (see Orders & BEOs).
• Docs — proposals, contracts, BEOs, and invoices for this event.
• Payments — the payment schedule and ledger.
• Tasks / Discussion / Notes / Log / Attached Files — work management and history.
• Client Portal — the branded microsite you can share with the client.

The events list

The Events page groups upcoming events by Today, Next 7 Days, and beyond. Each row shows the venue, a guest-count icon, and small counters for what's attached — docs, payments, open tasks, discussions — so you can see each event's state at a glance. Filter by status, owner, venue, or date range, and search by name.

Guest counts

Events track expected and guaranteed guest counts. The guaranteed count drives per-person pricing and minimums in the order engine once it's set.
