Venues & rooms

Settings → Venues manages your locations and each venue's rooms/areas (with capacities and display order) — these power the calendar's Rooms view and event room assignment.

Taxes & service charges

Set tax, gratuity, and service-charge rates per venue, plus category rules (what's taxable, what takes service charge). Orders inherit these and can override per order.

Brand kit & portal

Upload your logo, set brand colors (hex supported everywhere), and choose hero imagery. This branding flows to every guest-facing surface: document pages, the client portal, lead forms, Direct Book, and payment forms.

Portal behavior

Portal settings control which modules clients see and the sign-before-pay rule (payment locked until the agreement is signed) — with per-venue overrides.
