Unsubscribes

Every campaign email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Opted-out addresses join the suppression list (Campaigns → Unsubscribes) and are automatically excluded from future sends — even if they appear in a list, segment, or pasted audience.

Suppression manager

Admins can view, search, add, or remove suppressed addresses. Hard bounces are suppressed automatically to protect your sender reputation.

Opt-in

Contacts carry an opt-in flag. "All opted-in contacts" audiences and any segment with opted-in only checked respect it. Transactional email (documents, payment receipts, discussion replies) is separate from marketing and is not affected by marketing opt-outs.
