Welcome to VenueDrive Events

VenueDrive Events is your venue's event sales and management hub. It runs the full lifecycle of private events — from the first inquiry to the final payment:

Lead → Booking → Event → Documents → Payment

The core objects

• Leads are inquiries — from your website's lead form, Direct Book, or entered by your team.
• Bookings group one or more events for the same client (for example, a wedding weekend with a rehearsal dinner and reception).
• Events are the individual functions on your calendar, each with a date, time, room, guest count, menu, and financials.
• Documents (proposals, contracts, BEOs, invoices) are generated from the event's order and can be e-signed and paid online.

Where to find things

The left sidebar is organized in pipeline order: Dashboard, Calendar, Discussions, Campaigns, Leads, Bookings, Events, Tasks, Contacts, Accounts, Reports, and Settings. Sections with sub-pages (like Campaigns) expand to show them.

Signing in

Sign in at events.venuedrive.com with Google or an emailed magic link. Your login works across the whole VenueDrive suite. If you belong to multiple organizations, use the switcher at the top of the sidebar.
